Forum
It is agreed that the Terms of Use set forth herein will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any conflict of laws, rules, or provisions, and, as applicable, the federal copyright laws. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Texas state and federal courts of the State of Texas located in Harris County, Texas for the adjudication of any suit, action, or other proceeding arising out of the Terms of Use. The parties hereby irrevocably waive any objection, including that of inconvenient forum that they may now or hereafter have to the laying of venue for any suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Terms of Use.
Amendment
SENO reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions set forth herein in its sole discretion, including the right to terminate, suspend or alter any use or uses permitted herein, in whole or in part, with respect to any or all visitors of the Sites and the SENO Materials. Any change or modification will be effectively immediately upon posting on the Sites, and your continued use of the Sites shall mean that you have agree to accept any such changes or modifications.
